Cooper Beauchesne and Associates Ltd. (formerly Manning, Cooper and Associates Ltd.) is an environmental consulting company of highly qualified and experienced professionals working in the field of applied biodiversity management and environmental assessment. Since 1993, CBA Ltd. has worked closely with a diverse range of clients, both public and private, to provide realistic, science-based solutions for land and resource management.

The CBA Ltd. team has special expertise with environmental assessment, biodiversity management, wildlife and habitat inventory and assessment studies, fisheries management, aquatic biology, best management practices for Species at Risk, forestry and wildlife research, landscape development planning, forest worker training, and wildlife and danger tree assessments.

CBA Ltd. presently maintains four offices in British Columbia: the Head Office (Errington, Vancouver Island), a Northern Interior Office (Prince George), a Northwest Office (South Hazelton), and a Kootenay Office (Revelstoke). CBA Ltd. presently employs 11 permanent full-time staff specializing in wildlife biology, fisheries management, forest ecology, plant ecology, water ecology, GIS special analysis, and biostatistics. CBA also employs as many as 20 seasonal staff including wildlife, ornithology, fisheries and forestry technicians. CBA has a working relationship with several firms with expertise in engineering, archaeology, fisheries and other areas.
